Just around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe, this bar and restaurant, once a very British hangout, now has a very Asian lounge atmosphere complete with statues of Buddha and incense in addition to the brown leather chesterfields. At Happy Hour it’s full of menand women in tailored suits from the Champs-Elysées business district. Its intimate, lower-level faux-fur covered booths are the perfect place to take a date for cocktails and private conversation at 3am. A DJ provides the essential groovy chill-out tunes. The lighting is so dim you won’t be able to read the menu, but you’ll look fabulous! Open daily 9am-2am , until 4am on weekends.
