Constructed in 16th century by the notable Anne de Montmorency, this countryside royal residence offers a prestigious collection of French Renaissance art and furnishings.

Opening Hours: Daily except Tuesday, 9:30am-12:45pm and 2pm-5:15pm (during winter), until 5:45 pm starting April 16. Closed January 1, May 1 and December 25. The park is open daily 8am-7pm (April15-September 30), 8am-7pm during the rest of the year. Closed January 1 and December 25.

Tickets : Entry to the museum is €4.50; reduced rate of €3 on Sundays and for visitors 18-25.

Free Entrance: Kids under 18 and first Sunday of the month.

Info and Services: A library and a restaurant are located inside the chateau.
