HOLIDAYS

There are three national holidays in France in May (essential shops open during Covid-19 lockdown may be closed on these days):

  • May 1st: Fête du Travail
  • May 8th: V-Day 1945 
  • May 21st: Ascension
  • June 1st : Pentecost Monday
