This popular Marais café is known by one and all for its amazing tomato tart. Call ahead to get a spaces on the terrace, where people watching is among the best in Paris .
Philosophes has been my favorite Parisian cafe for over 6 years now. I prefer the canard miel espices to the tomato tart. Pretty much Philosophes is terrific both for people watching, and good food in attractive surroundings.
