A quick visit to show you the Musée National Eugène Delacroix, hidden in a courtyard at 6 Rue de Furstemberg in the 6th arrondissement. This is where the 19th-century artist — most famous for his painting “Liberty Leading the Masses, 28 July 1830” — lived and worked from 1857 until his death in 1863. The small museum is made up of the house, the studio, and a garden (which was still in winter hibernation mode when we visiting in mid-February).
