Constructed under the orders of Marie de Médicis, the Luxembourg Palace now serves as the home of the Senate with a museum for temporary exhibitions housed in one of its wings.

Opening Hours: Daily including holidays, Monday through Friday 11am-7pm (until 10pm on Fridays). Weekends 9am-7pm.

Tickets: Entry to the museum is €10; reduced rate of €8 for visitors 10-25, disabled and art teachers.

Free Entrance: Kids under 10, journalists with ID and International Council of Museums (ICOM) members.

Info and Services: Audioguide in English is €4.50. The Museum’s Boutique and the Café Medicis are open to the public free of charge.
