Organizing a Day in Versailles

Versailles Château

A successful day at Versailles requires a bit of planning, since there are many ways to organize the day, including how you’ll get there and back, what parts of the immense Versailles estate you’ll want to see, what tickets you’ll need to see them, and where and when you’ll eat. And that can all be affected by your budget, the weather, the time of year you visit, and how much walking you can comfortably do in a day. This article isn’t meant to show you every option possible, but to show you how I organized my visit last Sunday.
