I’ve found three of these 3-D masks in Paris so far. This one is on Rue des Francs Bourgeois below a Q-Bert mosaic from Space Invader, another is in the Latin Quarter (on Rue du Chat Qui Pêche or Xavier Privas), and the third…was it somewhere in Belleville? Hard to keep track of the graffiti in this town, there’s more of it than doggie merde these days (and even if it all doesn’t look this cute, at least you won’t get it on your new shoes).
