My friend Cynthia absolutely loves this hotel, and it does have that certain “historic Paris” look with the exposed wooden beams and tiled floors. Bare bones budget means no elevator or A/C, but for €85-€90 you get a room for two and breakfast. Located near the Odéon station, right at the end of the Passage St-André-des-Arts (and a block from an excellent Internet café).
