I caught these two visitors from Kansas doing the “touching the top of the Eiffel Tower” photo on the Champ de Mars. And bravo, I say! Being cool is for nightclubs, trendy restaurants, and boutiques where the socks cost what you make a month. Unless you run into someone from back home (which is actually a strong possibility around Parisian tourist sights), who cares how stupid you look?
